Can't speak to it's longevity or long term functioning just yet - but as it goes on first impressions this this is amazing. Easy to assemble and set up and then enjoy! It's such a cool addition to your tree or wall. This is a must have Christmas decoration in my opinion and worth every dollar! To any with issues re: the music playing just simple turn the volume down all the way and Santa will still climb

2. After our Customer Service team confirm the item can be retunrned, you will receive return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
