This was easy to install, I have a case around my phone, like most people, other holder's do not accommodate the case. With this product, I do not have to remove the case and the suction is great, the added weight from the case does not affect it. Best I've purchased so far!

The instructions and the set up are very easy to follow and once adjusted to your length and angle, it stays there and cradles your phone on the silicone mats inside the adjustable side arms.

1. Please send email to sales@HallowShack.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After our Customer Service team confirm the item can be retunrned, you will receive return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
