WARM TIPS
- Full charge time: 8 hours (Withe direct sunlight) The solar panel is located at the top of the wind chimes. Light weight and color changing light. It is not make any sound.
- How to charger: In order to verify that the switch is correctly in the "ON" position, cover the solar panel with your hand or place it on dark place and lights should turn on automatically.
- At least 30 min sun light exposure before use. Charging 8 hrs to maximize lighting time 6-10 hours. Install the solar product correctly where it can get direct sunlight.
- Leave the switch to "ON" position before charging.

However, due to COVID-19, logistics has been slowed down globally, and your order can be delayed for another 5 - 10 business days. So the Return&

1. Please send email to sales@HallowShack.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After our Customer Service team confirm the item can be retunrned, you will receive return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return Conditions
1. You have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please return the items within 60 days after delivery or 90 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable.
